The MicroClean system is easy to use and requires no special training, load the roll set the sequence (programmable on many models) and press start – that’s it, no filters to change no chemicals to add and none to dispose of , MicroClean media is non hazardous and safe to dispose of (following local authority guidelines).

Many printers today use sleeved aniloxes and these present a different cleaning problem to shafted rolls, wet cleaning can mean the expansion layer in the base sleeve can become saturated with chemicals and in time affect the anilox sleeves performance. Chemicals can and will attack the aluminium sleeve under the ceramic coating and cause corrosion. MicroClean is dry clean and cold clean system so cannot damage sleeved aniloxes.
