PARTS CLEANER
  • Ideal for cleaning ink pumps, chambered doctor blade holders, ink pumps, etc.

  • Special acrylic parts cleaning media for safe and effective cleaning

The parts cleaner has heavy duty gauntlets that allow the operator to handle the parts inside the cleaning area, fluorescent lighting provides the operator with a clear view of the part(s) they are cleaning and a cleaning gun within the cabinet is powered by a foot pedal allowing the operator to control the cleaning process easily.

Again, a dry process that is very effective for quickly cleaning normally difficult to clean parts and one which does not use solvents or chemicals. Media can be disposed of as per the anilox cleaning media.

Fine Media – fast cleaning media for use on ceramic surfaces with high line screens
Ultra Media – long lasting media for use on chrome rolls and gravure cylinders
PartsMedia – versatile media for use on metal surfaces

A safety data sheet is available for all plastic media listed.
